Often we know what we need to do, but are so caught up in the busy-ness of owning a business (and that busy-ness is real let me tell you) that we are unable to actually do it!

In addition to that, when you are the top of the food chain in your business (regardless of how many employees/contractors are below you) you lack the accountability that so often helps us get the job done.. 

Thats where I come in...creating a simple contact and accountability plan for you, checking in, encouraging you, reminding you of your goals, to do's and trying best as possible to simplify ways of doing.
